Allen Blair, Assistant Pastor

Allen is an Assistant Pastor on staff at LSBT. He is the Business Manager for the church taking care of the finances, media ministry, marketing, and public relations. Allen and his wife Becky are also the leaders of “The Junction” College and Career Class at LSBT. Becky works in marketing for a major promotional products distributer.

Allen grew up in Decatur, Alabama and graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. After college, he worked several different jobs in Alabama including working in the Space Shuttle Program for NASA at Marshall Space Flight Center.

Allen has served in various ministries since age 14 including working with children, youth, and college age young adults. He worked in the youth ministry at Decatur Baptist Church from 1999-2005. Allen married Becky Summers in October 2005 and moved to Lee’s Summit.
